The planting holes in this tough dry soil are made with a pick axe
The planting holes are made 50 cm deep
Then compost and worm mest are added and 50% mixed in 30 cm of soil
The final planting hole is then 20 cm deep
40 Liters of water is added and we wait one day to let it enter the soil

The boxes are planted deep to get the soil as cool as possible
The merciless Peruvian sun has prevented every development or growth from any plant
They put 4 liters in the center opening to establish the roots and fill the box with 16 liters
